RUNNING IN THE MOUNTAINS

The MountainConnection organizes this mountain running competition, which starts from Valtournenche, Loc. Maen and reaches as far as Finestra di Cignana, passing through Promoron, Falegnon and Lake Cignana.
An evocative route that retraces a stretch of the Alta Via n. 1, passing through Promoron, where you will find the time gate (1h20'), crossing the ancient village of Falegnon (home of numerous chamois and ibex) and skirting Lake Cignana to finally reach Alpe Cignana, where you will the arrival refreshment has been set up.

12:30-15 Opening of the race office and delivery of bibs
14:30-15 Departure Team 3 Legs
3.15 pm Technical briefing
3.30 pm Vertical start
16.00 Start Mini Vertical (5-12 years – non-competitive – free – Bib/Race pack/Snack)
18.00 Prize giving with Snack Pack in Loc. Maen
Possibility of registration on site until 2.30 pm
